Mandatory RTP Player/Parent Responsibilities

As we continue to navigate a pathway to return-to-play, our club is committed to doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our players, coaches, officials, and supporters. We are required by our leagues, and by the State, to follow the below safety protocols. We ask that you review these with your player/s before returning to play.

The below safety protocols are not negotiable and must be followed by all players and parents/caregivers.
If clubs--or their supporters--are found to be violating league COVID safety protocols, the league and the official referee have the right to end the game. This will result in an automatic forfeiture for the violating team. A second violation will include both a forfeiture of the game and a $1,000 fine to the league by the club.

Player responsibilities:

1) Wear mask before and immediately after all games, at check-in, while on the bench, and during halftime. Masks are
optional during warm-ups and when playing in the game.
2) No player that is sick or has signs or symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 should attend.
3) Players cannot enter the field area until previous teams have left the field. Entry and exit points will be marked.
4) Masks should be worn by players to and from the field.
5) Soccer bags should be placed at least 6 feet apart from one another.
6) Use hand sanitizer before and after the game.
7) Clustering of players should be avoided. There should be no gathering and socializing before or after the game by players. 8) Coaches should not assemble their teams closely together for instruction; players should be spaced at least 6 feet apart for team meetings or instruction.
9) No handshakes or fist bumps during or after the game.

Parent/Caregiver responsibilities:

1) There will be 1 parent/guardian/caregiver per player allowed to attend the game on the sidelines.
This rule could change and/or your child's team could receive a forfeiture and/or fine if this protocol is not followed.
2) Parents/Spectators must wear masks at all times.
3) Drop player off no earlier than 30 minutes prior to kickoff.
4) Do not loiter around field. Avoid gathering of people.
5) No parent/guardian/caregiver or player that is sick or has signs or symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 should attend.
6) Parents/Spectators should not touch any game day equipment, including balls, cones, goals, etc.
